Supporting Ukrainian defenders is one of the key areas of Galaktica’s social responsibility. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have been providing systematic support to the military, directing resources toward the needs that have the greatest impact on the successful completion of combat missions.
This time, our team provided the Third Army Corps with equipment that is already helping strengthen frontline units.
What Was Provided
The assistance included:
- 40 strike-capable 15-inch fiber-optic FPV drones;
- 15 smoothbore semi-automatic shotguns for countering hostile unmanned aerial vehicles.
This equipment enables the military to carry out combat missions more effectively and strengthens the capabilities of units in modern warfare conditions.
The donated equipment is already being used to strengthen Ukrainian units on the front line.
Fiber-Optic FPV Drones
The FPV drones provided are designed to operate over long distances of up to 25 kilometres.
Thanks to fiber-optic communication, they are not affected by electronic warfare systems, significantly increasing their effectiveness during combat missions.
The drones are also capable of carrying substantial payloads, expanding the range of combat scenarios in which they can be deployed.
Counter-UAV Equipment
In addition to the drones, the military received 15 smoothbore semi-automatic shotguns designed to counter hostile unmanned aerial vehicles.
They allow soldiers to fire a rapid series of shots, improving the protection of personnel and equipment against hostile UAV attacks.
An Ongoing Partnership
Galaktica has been cooperating with the Third Army Corps for three years, supporting its units in accordance with their current needs.
The delivery of 40 fiber-optic FPV drones and 15 smoothbore semi-automatic shotguns marks another stage of this partnership and another contribution to strengthening the capabilities of Ukrainian defenders.
